Hi Everyone...
It has been a crazy week around here.I know I promised to update Jayden's blog each Monday,and I apologize for being so late.Jayden has come down with a little something and it has been hard to get away for moment.So far she has missed 2 days of school this week and has been up for three nights know.It is really quite strange.She seems alright through the day.Eating,and sleeping.Yet,she is very quiet.Not quite herself.In the evenings she awakes at least twice crying,and seems unconsolable till you give her some children's motrin.It is very difficult as a parent to know whats wrong,or how to help them when your child can't tell you.Since Jayden has only mastered three signs.Drink,mommy,and daddy.So we play the guessing game with these children who have CdlS.See if she is fevered,maybe they are hungry,thirsty,bad dreams or maybe she is tugging at her ears...You end up spending an hour up each time trying to help your child.When that doesn't work it could mean a late night trip to the emergency room.We have done this all too often.Thank goodness we only live 10 mins away....
